Professor Mor is an infectious disease epidemiologist with a dual background in veterinary medicine and public health. A Fellow of the Australasian College of Tropical Medicine (ACTM), she has held academic and research appointments in Australia, the US, the UK, and Ethiopia, and is currently based in Kenya. Her early research focused on cryptosporidiosis and other diarrheal diseases in children in Uganda. More recently, she has led work on the epidemiology and clinical management of zoonotic infections in both Australia and Africa, as well as on strengthening capacity for One Health research and operationalisation across Africa. She is the Director of ZAFI.
