Jolly is a Senior Pediatric Nursing Officer and qualified Health Manager with over 4- years of dedicated service in ediatric and maternal healthcare. She is certified in advanced pediatric life support, malnutrition management and infectious disease control. She is skilled in neonatal & cardiopulmonary resuscitation, lumbar puncture, intraosseous access, and critical care prioritization. She combines hands-on expertise with a passion for capacity building.
